Share • A Bowl of Rice 2019
Koufu’s 4th Art Installation “Share . A Bowl of Rice”, a charity drive aimed at raising funds through the sales of art paintings. We are pleased that Blossom World Society is one of the organisations that will benefit from the funds raised. The art pieces are hand-painted by the staff and volunteers of Blossom World Society and Koufu. With the help of renowned artist, Tan Kay Nguan and his wife, Belinda, we completed 100 paintings that come embedded with rice that represents life, growth and togetherness.
Our sincere gratitude to management and staff of Koufu, renowned Singapore artist Mr. Tan Kay Nguan and Augustine (who bid away the auction of a masterpiece created by renowned Singaporean artist Mr Tan Kay Nguan!) as well as all donors for your generosity.
We are honoured to have our Honorary Advisor, Ms Sim Ann, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Communications and Information & Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, to be with us to grace this event.
