NEAT comprises 30 members from government agencies, social service agencies, community groups and private organisations. The members include social service agencies who have extensive experience supporting hoarders and spotting at-risk cases, and community groups experienced in decluttering homes or befriending hoarders.

国家发展部与社会及家庭发展部星期二(1月21日)联合发文告说,家居整理行动联盟(New Environment Action Team,简称NEAT)包括28名来自政府部门、社会服务机构、社区组织和私人机构的成员。他们在识别高风险案例、清理囤积杂物方面有丰富经验。当中也有希望为整理和翻新住家做出贡献的行业协会代表。
