Befriender Training Workshop (Basic)

Training Outline:
1. How to engage our befriendees

• Listening and Questioning Skills

• Non-verbal communication Skills

• Befriending across various platforms

(Face-To-Face, Outline, Telephone)

2. How to manage challenging situations

• Practical Handles

• Experiential learning through role-play

• Intensive tiered case dicussions

3. How to persevere in befriending
