天生气质
"天生气质"是指孩子在出生时就带有的性格倾向。作为父母的如果能夠透过学习, 了解孩子的特质, 例如他的天生气质属于哪ㄧ类? 他在哪些方面有天分? 在哪些方面容易出问题? 就能因材施教, 帮助孩子充分发展他的天分,针对他的弱点及早给予贴切的引导，透过后天学习䃼足。
人的性格是由“天生气质”和“后天学习”两部分决定的。早一点观察到孩子的性格倾向，父母和他的相处就会更轻松，养育也更有策略, 会事半功倍。
分享者简介：
蔡高丰先生
喜悦资深义工老师。从2012年开始在喜悦园服务，陪着4-6岁的幼儿读诵儒家经典如《弟子规》、《三字经》和《朱子治家格言》，他跟圣贤学习的旅程也从此开始了。蔡老师因着自己生命的改善，更积极参与推广品德教育，在2015年开始勇敢承担起家长的提升课程，因为家长对孩子的影响是最大的。看到喜悦园孩子的性情与行为的改善及时下年轻人的作风，加强他对德育的信心与推广的使命感。因此，在喜悦七年了，他仍积极学习，教学相长，为智慧的传承、社会的和谐努力耕耘。

For each ‘C’ in each session, the speaker will share some key points and reminders. He will also share his personal life examples (success and failures) and skills & knowledge tips on active listening, giving feedback & effective learning. There will be a case discussion with skills practice.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Mr Terry Ng
Married with a 20-year old son and 17-year old daughter. Both were students from Gifted Education Program (GEP). Son is doing first year medical degree; girl is 5th year (junior college) in SAP Integrated Program (IP) school. Spouse is homemaker.
Working in HR Learning & Development for 20+ years in five multinational companies. Working in Asia Pacific role in previous and current company. Had worked and lived in Hong Kong for 4 years. Programs delivered include 7 Habits, Coaching, Communication, Leadership, Managing Change, Customer Service, MBTI.
Enrolled for Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychology from Jun 2016 till Dec 2018. Did both face-to-face and online counselling with clients.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Mr Ang Choon Tee
Mr Ang has 20 over years of people management experiences in the corporate world, managing over 100 staff in Asia Pacific region. He was also a Senior Customer Service Manager handling airline customers in Asia Pacific region such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Bangladesh, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and China. He has accumulated valuable experiences in managing and dealing with people.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Blossom World Society who has initiated and spearheaded the development of Joyous Learning Grove moral education growing journey workbooks and teachers’ instruction manuals. He is also a facilitator for corporate companies in team building workshop. He has participated in Standards of Being a Good Student and Child course conducted in English by Malaysian Han Studies in 2018.
He is happily married with 3 children aged 19, 16 and 15. His elder daughter is currently pursuing her studies in National University of Singapore, the second son in Hwa Chong Junior College and the youngest daughter in Paya Lebar Methodist Girl Secondary School.
